Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a public offer (Art. 435, 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and define the conditions for using the PikDek service, located at https://openagents.ru/slides (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The Contractor is Individual Entrepreneur Ambardzumyan Larisa Norikovna (INN 620802921005, OGRNIP 323774600096840). Registration in the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement (Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Contractor provides the User with access to the Service for creating, editing, storing, exporting, and publishing presentations using artificial intelligence technologies.

1.2. Service functionality includes: AI cinema-grade presentation generation, slide voiceover (TTS), company brand kit with automatic style analysis, image upload, PDF/PPTX import, PDF and PPTX export, public links with view analytics, access codes (PIN protection), and a referral program.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Using the Service requires registration with a name, email, and password.

2.2. The User agrees to provide accurate data and not share account access with third parties.

2.3. The User is responsible for password security and all actions performed using their account.

3. Plans and Payment

3.1. The Service provides access under the following plans:

3.2. Credits are used for: AI slide generation (4 credits/slide), voiceover (2 credits/slide), voiceover correction (1 credit/slide).

3.3. Presentations are stored indefinitely. The Contractor reserves the right to introduce storage time limits with at least 30 days' prior email notice to Users.

3.4. Company brand kit (creating brand style, auto-analyzing colors from website) is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

3.5. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.

3.6. Payments are processed via the Stripe payment service. Additional credits can be purchased separately.

3.7. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Users can cancel auto-renewal in their account before the next period begins.

4. Referral Program

4.1. Each registered User receives a unique referral code.

4.2. For each user who registers via a referral code, 12 bonus credits are awarded.

4.3. Bonus credits have no monetary equivalent and cannot be exchanged for money.

4.4. The Contractor may modify the referral program terms by notifying Users through the Service.

5. Publication and Shared Access

5.1. Users can share presentations via public links with a unique code.

5.2. Users can set an access code (6-digit PIN) to restrict presentation viewing. Access codes can have usage and expiration limits.

5.3. For public presentations, the Service collects anonymized view analytics: count, geography, duration.

5.4. Users are responsible for the content of publicly accessible presentations.

6. Rights and Obligations

6.1. The User has the right to:

• Create, edit, export, and publish presentations
• Use AI generation and voiceover within available credits
• Import PDF and PPTX files
• Create and manage company brand kits (on eligible plans)
• Share presentations via public links and access codes
• Delete their account at any time

6.2. The User agrees to:

• Not use the Service to create illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Not attempt unauthorized access to Service systems
• Not use automated tools for mass access to the Service
• Not upload files containing malicious code

6.3. The Contractor has the right to:

• Modify Service functionality with notice to Users
• Suspend or block access for Agreement violations
• Change plans with at least 14 days' notice
• Set rate limits for AI service requests

6.4. The Contractor agrees to:

• Ensure Service availability (except for maintenance periods)
• Ensure the security of User data
• Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Exclusive rights to the Service, its design, code, slide templates, and trademarks belong to the Contractor.

7.2. Content created by the User (presentation text, uploaded files, brand kit data) is the property of the User.

7.3. AI-generated content (text, slide structure, voiceover) is provided "as is." The Contractor does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or uniqueness.

7.4. The User may use AI-generated content for commercial and non-commercial purposes without restrictions.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, provided less than 50% of credits have been used (Art. 32 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Russian Federation).

8.2. For partial credit usage, refunds are calculated proportionally to the unused balance.

8.3. If more than 50% of credits have been used, no refund is available.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is provided "as is." The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9.2. The Contractor is not liable for damages related to the use of AI-generated content.

9.3. The Contractor's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.

9.4. The Contractor is not liable for content uploaded or created by the User.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance if caused by force majeure: natural disasters, military actions, government acts, internet provider outages, DDoS attacks, unavailability of third-party AI services, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties (Art. 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

11. Personal Data

11.1. Processing of User personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at: https://openagents.ru/slides/privacy.

11.2. Consent to personal data processing is given by the User during Service registration in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data."

12. Term and Termination

12.1. The Agreement takes effect upon registration and is valid indefinitely.

12.2. The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting their account.

12.3. The Contractor may terminate the Agreement unilaterally for material User violations, with email notification.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Consumer users may file suit at their place of residence, the Contractor's location, or the place of contract execution (Art. 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, Art. 29 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation).

13.2. A pre-trial claims procedure is mandatory. Claims should be sent to [email protected]. Review period — 15 business days.

14. Agreement Changes

The current version is available at: https://openagents.ru/slides/rules. For material changes, the Contractor notifies Users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
